Theory and Listening Test

Theory Test
The theory test consist of fill-in the blank, true or false, and multiple choice questions. There is also one long answer question, on the overall process os digitizing sound, which you can answer in bullet points or in one paragraph. The test focuses on the words in
bold in select passages of the Sound Primer, which was posted at the beginning of the semester (make sure you are using "Sound Primer - Notes - 2025-05-29"). Only the following sections are covered on the test:
Section 1 - Acoustics
Section 4 - Digitizing Sound
Section 6.1 - Filters
Section 6.2.1 - Delay
Section 8
- Reverb
Section 12* - Microphones (ONLY condenser and dynamic)
